Our curriculum is divided into:

  • 200 hours of classroom training in the science of teaching

  • 25 hours of performance demonstrations

How long does it take to complete the teacher's training?

Our teacher’s training program is 100 hours longer than the state requirement of 500 hours. How long it takes to complete those hours will depend on your schedule and commitment to the program. Our admissions team can help you make a more accurate estimate for a completion date when you enroll.

How much does the teacher's training program cost?

The cost of our education training program includes:

  • Tuition $4,300.00
  • Books/Kit $ 100.00
  • Registration fee $ 100.00

For a total of $4,500. Financial aid is available for those who qualify, and Stage One The Hair School also offers flexible payment plans. Talk to our financial aid department to learn more about your options.

Will I work with actual beauty school students?

Yes! Our teacher’s training includes 200 hours of practice teacher’s training. During this time, you can work in the real classes happening at Stage One The Hair School with aspiring beauty professionals. This is a great way to put what you’ve learned into practice and develop your teaching style and technique. You’ll work with experienced instructors who can give you feedback and support as you lead the classroom.

What kind of work can I do after completing the program?
